Guard locking type

CTM-I2

Open-circuit current principle: Guard locking by control of AS-i output 0 and release by spring force.

Control of the guard locking solenoid

The guard locking solenoid can be controlled via AS-Interface bus bit D0 or via the auxiliary power.

LED function display

  • The ASI LED indicates the state of the ASi bus.
  • The LOCK LED indicates the state of the guard locking.
  • The STATE/DIA LED indicates the state of the switch and possible errors.

Auxiliary release

This is used for releasing the guard locking with the aid of a tool. The auxiliary release must be sealed to prevent tampering (for example with sealing lacquer).
